How Long Will Delivery Take?

CalmaTime partners with global merchants and artisans in order to provide you the best prices and the most interesting products. This means that your order is shipped from global areas such as Thailand, Tibet, China, India, etc..

Because we ship directly from our partners in these countries, your item may take 3-4 weeks to arrive. Please do not panic if it does not show up immediately, it's on its way. We will email you tracking information as soon as your order is shipped. If you lose your tracking email, please contacts us and we will send it to you.

If you need your item sooner, please let us know in the notes section and we will do our best to process it early (additional fees may apply). **Please note: Items may be shipped separately based on availability.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, delivery shall be made in accordance with CalmaTime’s shipping policy (See Shipping Information) in effect on the date of shipment. 

How do I change or cancel my order?

Unfortunately, changes to orders are not possible after they’ve been placed.

If you have received an incorrect or damaged item we will gladly process an exchange or refund the full amount paid (less shipping charges) within 30 days of purchase. CalmaTime is not responsible for items lost in transit.

How can I pay for my online order? What payments do you accept?

Visa, Mastercard and American Express credit cards, Paypal, Goole Pay are all amazing payment methods you can use for your online CalmaTime order.

How is sales tax calculated?

We charge sales and use tax according to Federal, Provincial and Local government guidelines, based on the shipping address you provide when you place an online order. In Canada we do not charge a sales tax because of the small business exemption. 

What currency is the site in?

Prices in our store are in USD.

How do I use an active promo code?

From time to time, Promotion Codes are available to access product discounts and free shipping. To use an active Promotion Code, add items to your online shopping cart, then proceed to the shipping and billing stage. Under “Promotion Codes”, enter your code, then click “Apply”. Promotion Codes are case sensitive. Be sure you enter the code exactly as it appears.
