If you have received an incorrect or damaged item we will gladly process an exchange or refund the full amount paid (less shipping charges) within 30 days of purchase. CalmaTime is not responsible for items lost in transit. We require shipping insurance at the customer’s expense for any bulk, wholesale, and international orders.

We will give you information on how to ship the incorrect or damaged item back to us, and discuss how we can fix the problem. Custom designs cannot be returned or exchanged.
