Because we ship directly from our partners in these countries, your item may take 3-4 weeks to arrive. Please do not panic if it does not show up immediately, it's on its way. We will email you tracking information as soon as your order is shipped. If you lose your tracking email, please contacts us and we will send it to you.
If you need your item sooner, please let us know in the notes section and we will do our best to process it early (additional fees may apply). **Please note: Items may be shipped separately based on availability.
When placing your order
Please include all relevant address information (floor, suite, apartment #, etc). In the event you need an address correction, please contact us immediately (via email or phone). Please have your order number and the correct shipping information on-hand. Any orders that are re-directed due to an incomplete or incorrect address will be charged a $7 re-routing fee.
CalmaTime cannot be held responsible for orders that are deemed undeliverable. Unfortunately, customers will be held responsible for any returned shipment, which is equivalent to the original shipping cost.

CalmaTime provides FREE Standard Shipping to continental U.S. and Canada. For orders shipped to Puerto Rico, Alaska, Hawaii our International shipping rates apply.

Customs duties and fees
Costums duties are included in the price of product, but duties may apply in your country, so the customers are responsible for paying costums duties.
If you're buying from outside of the U.S. (particularly in Canada), your country's customs department may decide to hold your items at the border temporarily, often without explanation! Note: Canada's customs department takes a particularly long time to resolve these holds. This is relatively rare, but if your order is held up in customs, we suggest calling your country's customs department directly and ask that they release your items immediately. Note: if for some reason your order is never released by customs, we'll send you a replacement!
CalmaTime is not responsible for items lost in transit. We require shipping insurance at the customer’s expense for any bulk, wholesale, and international orders.
